Lower Back Pain

A patient is a 53 yrs old lady who complains about her lower back pain above 2 years.  The pain level is 2-3out of 10. It is a dull pain. The ache is across the lower back stemming from the midline and was aggravated by work and immproved by rest. She also complains that she has night sweating, depression, and dry mouth. She has insomnia. 

This patient is having chronic lower back pain. She also having Kidney Yin deficiency. At the first session, the patient got cupping and acupuncture treatment. She feels much better after the treatment. 

Chronic condtions are always due to Kidney deficiency that can be combined with retention of cold dampness or stagnation of Qi and blood or even both these conditions.
